What is ‘me time’ to you?
Me time is something I hold very close to my heart! I channel my emotions and creativity through words, and a dream afternoon off involves a latte (or a glass of wine!) and getting really lost in a really good book. Another way that I love spending my me time is writing. Whether it’s something creative, a recap of my day, or just whatever thoughts are tangled in my head-I love the catharsis of writing!!

Earlier this year I travelled through Thailand, South Korea and Japan on a solo trip. I ticked a few things off my bucket list (scuba diving with turtles, hiking to the summit of Mt Fuji, eating as much miso ramen as humanly possible), and I also had a lot of downtime to myself. It was 6 weeks of amazing, dreamy Me Time.

The last book I read and fell a little bit in love with, was Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng. That book, the ‘Mono’ mixtape by korean artist RM, and the show The Handsmaids Tale have been my 2018 me time faves.
