Shipping & Returns
SUKU will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday.
For a seamless procedure, please ensure you supply us with the correct shipping address, email, and phone number.
We use a Australia Post's eParcel service to ensure your SUKU gets to you safely and quickly. Australia Post teams up with international postal services, and you can see the partner service for your area on their website.
SUKU offers pre-orders on current season and signature favourite pieces on a regular basis. We offer this service as our production is designed to be on a small-scale with minimal waste meaning we endeavour to produce only what our customers want and need. Our expected delivery dispatch for all pre-orders is 4 weeks, however this can sometimes be shorter if we are due to receive a delivery sooner. FREE shipping within Australia for orders over $50 (1-3 business days)
Australia Post Express with Signature - $10.00 flat rate, 1-3 business days
$10 flat rate postage fee for all orders up to $49
$20AUD (3-5 business days)
For orders up to $200AUD shipping is $25AUD (3-10 business days)
For orders from $201AUD upwards shipping is $45AUD (3-10 business days)
Rest of the World:

All SUKU products are handmade and beautifully crafted. Each item is truly unique, so we ask you to allow for slight variation in print and colour to occur.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND TAX DUTY
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want your SUKU to feel just right! If you find that it's not perfect, you're welcome to return any full priced item purchased from sukuhome.com for:
a) any other size or item currently available on sukuhome.com, or
b) a credit voucher
To request a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your purchase.
All requests for returns must be received within 14 days of the receipt of your order, and items must be in as-new condition with the SUKU swing tag attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
Please take note:
a) we do not cover shipping costs as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty.
b) once purchased items have been washed, items are not eligible for return or exchange.
c) there are no refunds on sale items.
d) all custom orders are produced on a made-to-order basis and we work closely with you to ensure the perfect fit for your custom pieces. Therefore, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged - all custom order sales are final.
