Marina Del Mar is the designer behind our latest jewelry love, UN_CONCEPT. Born out of a desire to make wearable art that challenges our notions of what jewelry can be, the pieces that Marina makes are bold and bright. We instantly fell in love with her work, and wanted to get to know the Spanish designer better. Her approach to her craft is both pragmatic and fantastical, starting in playfulness and developed through careful consideration. Marina started her project in her final year of fashion school in Spain, before carrying it beyond her education into the pieces that she makes now. We had the chance to connect with her, and in our conversation with Marina we traversed topics from the beauty of the Spanish landscape to her current inspirations.
