SHIPPING

Your order is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are typically shipped the same day or the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be sent the next business day.

For international orders we use FedEx International Priority Express shipping. 

Please note that during peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

SUKU Home has no control over any customs duties or import taxes that may apply once your order reaches its destination country. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

- Sales tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from Australia; and

- Duties charged for processing by your country.

 

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you will be required to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are non-refundable in the event that you return your order.

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order due to these import charges, the parcel will be returned to SUKU Home. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred by SUKU Home as a result of the refused delivery will be deducted from your final refund.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Australia:

Complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

$10 standard shipping via Australia Post (3-6 business days)

$15 express shipping within via Australia Post (1-3 business days)

 

New Zealand:

For orders under 4.5 kgs (our standard bedding sets and pyjamas) shipping is $35 (5-8 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $50 AUD 5-8 business days)

 

Japan:

For orders under 0.5 kgs (our pyjamas) shipping is $30 AUD (3-5 business days)

For orders between 0.6 kgs and 4.4 kgs (our standard bedding sets and multiple pyjamas) shipping is $45 AUD (3-5 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $60 AUD (3-5 business days)

 

Rest of the World:

For orders under 1.5 kgs (our pyjamas) shipping is $60 (3-5 business days)

For orders between 1.5 kgs and 4 kgs (our standard bedding sets and multiple pyjamas) shipping is $80 AUD (3-5 business days)

For orders from 4 kgs upwards shipping is $100 AUD (3-5 business days)

 

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and collect is available from our showroom. This is a complementary service where no minimum spend applies. When collecting your order please ensure you have the order confirmation email. If you would like to send someone else to collect your order please advise us by emailing hello@sukuhome.com
