The Sunset Ruched Mesh Mini Skirt is has a ruched waist panel with a thin elastic waistband. The waistband double layered mesh on the ruched panel so it isn't sheer. Sticked on top of the ruched panel is a gathered skirt frill with a baby locked hem.
