EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Extended Christmas Returns policy

Items that are purchased in the months of November and December may be returned for a store credit or exchanged up until 16 January.

 

We want your SUKU to feel just right! If you find that it's not perfect, you're welcome to return any full priced item purchased from sukuhome.com for:

a) any other size or item currently available on sukuhome.com, or
b) a credit voucher valid for 6 months

All items must be in as-new condition with the SUKU swing tag attached. If you are returning swimwear please ensure that their hygiene slip hasn't been removed. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions. 

 

Sales purchases are final.

 

Please take note:

a) We do not cover any associated shipping costs or custom/tax fees as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty.
b) Once purchased items have been washed, items are not eligible for return or exchange. 
c) There are no refunds on sale items or any change of mind.
d) All custom orders are produced on a made-to-order basis and we work closely with you to ensure the perfect fit for your custom pieces. Therefore, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged - all custom order sales are final.
e) All items on LAST CHANGE are final sale. No returns or exchanges.


FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the utmost standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, kindly submit your return through Request A Return.

 

All faulty items must be physically returned to us; photographic or video evidence alone will not be accepted.

Goods are deemed faulty if they are received in a damaged condition or if a manufacturing fault arises within six months of the purchase date. Please be aware that items damaged due to regular wear and tear or improper garment care are not considered faulty.

Customers are responsible for covering the return costs until we determine whether the item is deemed faulty or not. If the fault is confirmed to be attributed to manufacturing or production issues, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
