SHIPPING

Your order is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are typically shipped the same day or the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be sent the next business day.

For international orders we use FedEx International Priority Express shipping. 

Please note that during peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Australia:

Complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

$10 standard shipping via Australia Post (3-6 business days)

$15 express shipping within via Australia Post (1-3 business days)

 

New Zealand:

For orders under 4.5 kgs (our standard bedding sets and pyjamas) shipping is $35 via Australia Post (5-8 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $50 AUD via Australia Post (5-8 business days)

 

Japan:

For orders under 0.5 kgs (our pyjamas) shipping is $30 AUD (3-5 business days)

For orders between 0.6 kgs and 4.4 kgs (our standard bedding sets and multiple pyjamas) shipping is $45 AUD (3-5 business days)

For orders from 4.5kgs upwards shipping is $60 AUD (3-5 business days)

 

Rest of the World:

For orders under 1.5 kgs (our pyjamas) shipping is $60 (3-5 business days)

For orders between 1.5 kgs and 4 kgs (our standard bedding sets and multiple pyjamas) shipping is $80 AUD (3-5 business days)

For orders from 4 kgs upwards shipping is $100 AUD (3-5 business days)

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

SUKU Home has no control over any customs duties or import taxes that may apply once your order reaches its destination country. Any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and collect is available from our showroom. This is a complementary service where no minimum spend applies. When collecting your order please ensure you have the order confirmation email. If you would like to send someone else to collect your order please advise us by emailing hello@sukuhome.com
